As a Skilled Care Provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Personal Care: Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed by the physician and maintaining accurate records.
- Health Monitoring: Observing and recording residents' vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in their health status.
- Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for residents with minor wounds.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conducting regular health assessments and reporting any changes in residents' health to the supervising healthcare team.
The successful candidate will possess current AHPRA Registration, knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, and be adaptable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
