Expert DevOps Specialist

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

This role focuses on building and enhancing our current DevOps process, including hands-on involvement with day-to-day activities that enable infrastructure expansion.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in automation, multi-cloud environments, exposure to global scalability and resilience, monitoring, recovery, and incident management, as well as adaptability to SaaS-specific challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining container hosts/clusters
  • Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, automating deployment, and creating high availability networks
  • Collaborating on container network projects
  • Working with developers to set up deployment scripts and security policies
  • Exploring GitOps practices, managing infrastructure and application deployment as the single source of truth

Requirements include:

  • Container technology stack: must have Docker and container technology understanding
  • Cloud/network/security: experience in one or more cloud providers (AWS, Google, Azure), strong knowledge of Layer 4 and 7 load balancing, Nginx or similar experience, firewall configuration, and proxy configuration, intrusion prevention, web filtering, SSL offloading/termination, and TLS Certs management (CA chains)
  • Proficiency in either Ansible or Terraform
  • DevOps skills: SCM like Git, branching policy, AD/ADFS IAM management, and policy control, developing and maintaining IaC solutions, and automating deployment

Desirable traits include leading with accountability, outcomes, and continuous improvement, working autonomously, and effectively collaborating with remote teams, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must be legally authorized to work in Australia.
