Salary

Our competitive hourly rates range from $29.81 to $32.86 per hour, ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your hard work and dedication.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also help our residents engage in social activities and promote their physical and mental well-being.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing medication assistance
  • Accompanying residents on outings and activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
  • Administer and Monitor Medications Certificate HLTHP007 (highly desirable)
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
  • Availability to attend our 3-day on-boarding program
  • Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain
  • Current Drivers License, a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
