Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive growth and operational excellence in our manufacturing division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for enhancing the performance of senior departmental managers and overseeing the development of a new greenfield site.

This is a unique opportunity to join a life science manufacturer at the forefront of regenerative medicine. Our company provides materials for cell research globally, poised to double in size. We seek someone with a proven track record of developing leaders within a manufacturing setting and experience residing in rural areas of Australia or NZ.

We require someone who can break barriers and enhance standards in a complex and sensitive industry. Your higher purpose will be to serve a growing area of medical tech research / health outcomes for patients in need.
