Christmas Casual Sales Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, processing transactions and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of personal style, be able to build and maintain customer relationships and have experience in a similar retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide memorable and seamless customer experiences through effective communication and styling advice
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards through stock management and cleaning
  • Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators by delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Support customers in fitting rooms with styling advice and support
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role
  • Strong sense of personal style and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Flexibility to work across multiple stores and varying shifts including weekends and public holidays
