We are seeking **Christmas Experience Team Leaders** to drive performance at sites in the Hobart Region, including:

  • Eastlands
  • Channel Court

About the Role:

As a Christmas Experience Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow
  • Welcome families and maintain a joyful atmosphere
  • Bring energy and positivity even on busiest days
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experience
