\Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with registered nurses to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. Your primary responsibilities will include providing personal care and assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for preparing meals, cleaning, and performing light housekeeping duties.

\Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
  • Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Work closely with registered nurses to deliver client-specific care.
\Qualifications & Essential Requirements:
  • Cert III in Aged Care/Disability or equivalent.
  • Current Senior First Aid (HLTAID011), CPR (HLTAID009) and Manual Handling (HLTWHS005).
  • A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's license.
  • NDIS Screening or willingness to get.
  • Strong expertise in mental health care.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility with shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for elderly clients.
\Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of person-centred care.
  • Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
