We are currently seeking experienced Lead/Senior Mechanical Engineers to enhance our dynamic team in Perth.

As a Lead/Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will report directly to the Group Manager - Engineering and play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of precise, professional, and compliant design outputs in line with our established systems and protocols.

Your Responsibilities

  • Delivering accurate and proficient design contributions for mechanical drawings;
  • Conducting thorough reviews of project mechanical drawings to ensure full adherence to design specifications;
  • Executing precise engineering designs and calculations in compliance with project, client, and regulatory standards;
  • Analyzing engineering drawings, documents, specifications, and scopes;
  • Recognizing scope variations and preparing the necessary documentation;
  • Ensuring the correct specification of equipment to meet project requirements.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification;
  • At least 8 years of post-graduate experience in a mechanical role within the mineral processing sector;
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues;
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and extensive knowledge across various disciplines;
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
