About the Role

Brightside Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional client support services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions and developing goal-oriented therapy plans to support clients in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans to support clients across the lifespan.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive comprehensive support services.
  • Conduct assessments and tests to inform therapy plans and support client progress.
  • Facilitate group programs and engage in health promotion activities to support client well-being.
  • Participate in team meetings and casework supervision to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Draft assessments and reports promptly to support client care and business operations.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, billing, and invoicing.
  • Monitor client therapy plans to ensure progress toward achieving goals.
  • Uphold and adhere to the company's values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Accredited undergraduate psychology degree (e.g., Bachelor of Psychology, Bachelor of Psychological Science).
  • Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Experience: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional, evidence-based care and customer service.
  • Essential Requirements: National Police Check, NDIS Screening Check & Working with Children Check.
  • Attributes: Empathetic, person-centred, passionate, team-oriented, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
