The Strategy and Operations Manager – Merchant Success plays a pivotal role in driving restaurant partner success on the Uber Eats platform.

  • Align cross-functional teams around shared program goals and measurement frameworks to drive execution.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, advocating for product and process improvements that elevate the merchant experience.
