About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our North Rocks Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for coordinating fulfilment and delivery operations for NSW, ensuring accurate and consistent same-day order fulfillment and delivery service for Officeworks customers and stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and sustain efficient inventory processes with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee Picking, Stocking/Replenishment, and Despatch KPIs.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders in relation to customer and internal queries.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate and oversee team development and training.
  • Manage workflow and labour resources to meet established service levels and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback and support to team members and managers to increase performance and continuous improvement across the state.
  • Champion teamwork to improve team behaviours and drive for results.
  • Foster a team culture that is constructive, professional, supportive, and with a customer focus.
About You

We're looking for a collaborative leader with a minimum of 2 years in a Warehouse or Logistics Operational Team Leader role. You'll have a proven focus on health and safety, strong people management and communication skills, and a strong customer service ethic. You'll also have drive for Continuous Improvement, agility in approach and execution to policy and tasks, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite.
