Your Responsibilities
  • Support the establishment and coordination of frameworks and baselines for project cost, schedule, and risk for new and existing programs to facilitate successful project objectives.
  • Assist in establishing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual project rhythms for statusing, analysis, and reporting on cost, schedule, and risks in alignment with Business and Customer Rhythms and coordinate project adherence.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining approved cost and schedule Project Management Baselines, including incorporation of approved baseline changes.
  • Develop and resource load schedules in accordance with established processes, standards, guidelines, health checks, and code structures.
  • Incorporate risk and schedule margin tasks into schedules based on risk registers and Project Managers/Cost Account Managers' guidance.
About You
  • You have some exposure to principles, concepts, practices, and standards of scheduling and EVM principles, particularly Critical Path Method and Baseline Control.
  • Knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles is required.
  • Computer literacy with an ability to prepare, analyse, and interpret reports. Intermediate skills and experience in MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications (Open Plan Professional, Cobra, etc.) are essential.
