We are seeking a Vulnerability Assessment Professional to support our security operations centre on escalation and incident response, collaborating with the Cyber Resilience and Operations function.

The successful candidate will be part of a new penetration security testing service that provides comprehensive security testing for our infrastructure, applications, mobile devices, cloud platforms, and endpoints.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Offer global vulnerability assessment and penetration testing services, detecting system weaknesses and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Design and perform penetration tests to simulate cyber-attacks, integrating threat and incidents into penetration testing priorities.
  • Support cybersecurity incidents, predominantly in APAC, on escalation and response.
  • Document findings, including detailed reports on test results.
  • Develop and engineer penetration testing services, including automation scripts.
  • Maintain security testing operating procedures.
  • Contribute to initiatives maturing security controls, services, and processes.
  • Support the delivery of the Information Security strategy.
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of security reporting and metrics.
  • Collaborate in delivering consistent global services enabling business goals.

Key qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of web applications, applications, and infrastructure components, e.g. cloud platforms, mobile devices, networks, and infrastructure endpoints. Provide expertise in at least one key area.
  • Deep exploit and vulnerability knowledge beyond automated approaches.
  • Scripting and coding skills.
  • Ideal experience in incident management and response; training provided.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems and network protocols.
  • Familiarity with information security and risk frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO27001, NIST 800-53, and COBIT, and auditing frameworks like ISAE3402 and SOC2.
  • Ability to manage internal stakeholders through an improvement journey of information security maturity.
  • Effective communication of information security and risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional penetration testing security qualifications such as CEH (v12) - Certified Ethical Hacker, OSEP, or OSCP.
