About the Role

We are seeking experienced Room Attendants to join our team at Little National Newcastle, a luxurious hotel offering affordable luxury to guests in an efficient space. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and maintaining guest room pantries. You will also assist with answering guest requests and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to a high standard
  • Replenish amenities and supplies as needed
  • Maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order
  • Assist with answering guest requests and providing excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Possess full Australian working rights
  • Have a proven track record of room servicing
  • Take pride in customer service
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Be willing and available to work an average of 4 days
  • Possess strong organisation and time management skills
  • Be a team player with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
