Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Ibis Newcastle. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
  • Restock amenities and supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting and bending
