The target salary range for this position is $150,000 - $232,000. About the Role

This role is responsible for developing and overseeing a comprehensive B2B performance marketing strategy across paid social, SEM, YouTube, and display channels. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and managing an experimentation framework to test and scale new performance marketing opportunities
  • Managing external agency resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Partnering with internal channel experts to ensure successful campaign execution and gathering learnings for continuous optimisation

A successful candidate will have at least 6 years of B2B experience in performance marketing, with success owning strategies across paid social, SEM, YouTube, and display channels.
