As a Materials Handler and Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our warehouse operations, working alongside our team to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our production team where you will be responsible for:

  • Providing support to the production team to meet daily targets
  • Ensuring valuable items are kept out of landfill and sold or recycled
  • Replenishing stockroom supplies for each work station
  • Operating industrial equipment, including balers, bin lifters, and walkie stackers
  • Engaging with customers and donors to provide exceptional service

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Apart-time availability between Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm
  • Excellent teamwork skills and a passion for helping others achieve team goals
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, such as retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality
  • A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to providing outstanding service
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
