Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team of professionals. Our centres are well-resourced and located in the heart of Sydney, providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.

The role involves developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You will have the opportunity to implement innovative early learning programs that reflect current early years thinking and practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
  • Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of our curriculum.
  • Participating in professional learning and development programs.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
  • A Current Working with Children's Check.
