About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Director to join our client's team. As a Senior Design Director, you will be responsible for managing design processes and procedures, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate design for major construction projects
  • Lead and manage teams of designers and engineers
  • Develop and implement design strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in construction design and management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodology and design development
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
