MDM Business Analyst Position

As a Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to define, document, and analyze requirements for MDM and data initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include translating business needs into functional specifications and solution designs, creating documentation including use cases, specifications, and process flows, and validating and testing MDM rules to meet business requirements and standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Data analysis and profiling skills are essential for this role.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills are also crucial.
- Experience working in agile environments and using MDM tools is highly valued.
- Knowledge of enterprise relationship models and master data governance policies is required.
- Ability to link master data to business outcomes is necessary for success in this role.
What You Will Achieve:
- You will have analyzed complex data sets, identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- You will have applied data profiling, quality assessment, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Strong stakeholder relationships and facilitation skills are essential for this role.
- Clear documentation including guides, process flows, and specs will be produced.
- Working in agile environments with MDM tools and governance frameworks is expected.
