Key Responsibilities- Supervise and support students in the boarding house, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Organize and coordinate enrichment activities to engage students and promote their personal growth.
- Provide tutoring and academic support to students, helping them to achieve their academic goals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Participate in boarding staff professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of boarding programs and policies, ensuring they align with the school's values and mission.
- Experience working with young adolescents in a boarding environment (advantageous but not essential).
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Current Working with Children Check (blue card) and First Aid qualifications.
- Right to Work in Australia (visa sponsorship not available).
