Robotics Specialist

We're building a future where humans and robots work together seamlessly. Our emotionally intelligent humanoid companion robot is designed to bring care, conversation, and joy to those who need it most.

We're scaling fast and expanding our team to take our robot from early access to global scale. This is an exciting opportunity to be hands-on with the hardware and systems that bring our robot to life.

  • You'll assemble, test, and maintain complex robotic subsystems, including actuators, joints, and sensor arrays.
  • You'll perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, mechanical, and embedded systems.
  • You'll support engineers in validating new hardware and software integrations.
  • You'll maintain robots used for development, demos, and customer deployments, ensuring uptime and reliability.
  • You'll document processes, test results, and maintenance logs to feed into continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma, trade qualification, or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a robotics, mechatronics, or hardware workshop environment.
  • Strong practical skills in assembly, wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
  • Comfortable using lab tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
  • A structured, methodical approach to testing and problem-solving.
