Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Water Resources Manager to lead our Water business in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our Water business, ensuring alignment with our company vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to our Water business team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality projects and services.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow our Water business, identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with our Business Leader, Project Management and Commercial Leader, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and resource allocation.
- Manage the talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, career development, employee engagement, succession planning, coaching, and mentoring.
- Foster a success-oriented environment within the team, promoting a happy, supportive, and inclusive culture aligned with our core values.
- Ensure the health and safety performance of our teams, monitoring leading and lagging indicators, and partnering with Health Safety Security Environment to ensure compliance with company safety procedures and regulations.
- Achieve minimum LISI targets set by the Regional Director for the annual period.
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering tertiary qualification, preferably post-graduate.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and developing business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
