Job Title

As a Product Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding and implementation of our product suite with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects across our full product suite.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to capture client requirements, processes, and success measures.
  • Partner across the business to deliver engaging training sessions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3–4 years' experience in software implementation or consulting within a technology environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with financial modules or software.
  • Strong ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current Australian Driver Licence.
