Audiology Services Partnership

We are looking for a motivated and skilled audiologist to join our existing audiology practices in Loganholme, Beenleigh, and Springwood.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a strong desire to grow their clinical skills.
This opportunity offers a chance to work with a loyal customer base and expand audiology services within the community.
We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure our partners succeed in their role.
A guaranteed salary between $100,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation, plus quarterly profit sharing once the business is profitable, and future value of shares upon retirement.
5 weeks of annual leave plus birthday leave.
Two free pairs of glasses annually.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality patient care and advice.
- Developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve business goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualified practitioner number with a relevant professional body (Audiology Australia, The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia, or The Australian College of Audiology).
- At least two years of clinical experience post-qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
