About the Business Development Role

The role of a Business Development Manager is crucial for any organization aiming to expand its market share and customer base. Reporting to the National Residential Construction Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with clients to identify new business opportunities and grow market share throughout your defined territory and customer groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth;
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders;

Requirements:

  • Over five years of successful sales, business development, and/or key account management experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred but not required;
