As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will support the Wellbeing team in delivering engaging activities that promote residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe living environment and contribute to the positive image of the home.
  • Report any changes in residents' condition to the Wellbeing Coordinator and care staff.
  • Assist with ordering and preparing supplies for activities as directed.
  • Establish links with the local community to encourage intergenerational activity.

You will work closely with the Wellbeing Coordinator to provide a range of activities that cater to different needs and interests.

Requirements
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Understanding of the role interaction plays in general well-being.
  • Positive attitude toward older people and commitment to providing quality activities.
  • Previous experience working with older people in a residential nursing setting is preferred.
