Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Communications and Engagement Coordinator to join our Aftersales team. This division is pivotal in managing national parts and accessories operations, focusing on sales, supplier relations, and warehouse efficiency to meet business objectives.

The Communications and Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Communications and Reporting team by implementing strategies that align with the Aftersales Division's goals. This position is essential for delivering impactful communication and engagement initiatives that foster employee involvement and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and assess communication and engagement strategies to enhance employee participation within the Toyota Parts Centre.
  • Advise management on the creation of policies and standards for the Engagement and Enablement Program.
  • Translate corporate vision and updates into engaging content tailored for the Toyota Parts Centre.
  • Maintain and improve reporting systems to provide timely information for planning and budgeting.
  • Prepare and disseminate communication materials to ensure clarity and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate engagement activities against established targets and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Organize meetings and forums to ensure clear communication of project objectives among stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in business, communications, human resources, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Proven skills in project coordination, corporate communications, and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
