About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Administration Specialist to join our Product Planning & Development Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the validation of marketing materials and technical product information to ensure that all Toyota products are accurately represented in the public domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement agreed product information processes and procedures to ensure accurate representation of Toyota products.
  • Assist in the development of product information processes and procedures to ensure consistency with set policies.
  • Validate marketing data to reduce risks and ensure specification accuracy in the public domain.
  • Support senior product planners with vehicle specification and product management.
  • Maintain accessory and parts information through various business information systems.
  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on vehicle specifications.
Requirements
  • Relevant previous experience in product administration or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of the automotive industry and a passion for vehicles is desirable.
