We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Eldercare Inc. Located at our site in the Adelaide Hills, this role offers a unique opportunity to provide person-centred care and contribute to the quality of life of our residents.

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct care in a dignified and respectful manner, delivering excellence in customer service to our residents. You will assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and general mobility, following care plans and creating a warm and welcoming care environment that aims to maximise quality of life.

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
  • A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centred
  • The ability to work individually and in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
