We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a School Learning Officer. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with evaluating and assessing the learning needs of students, working closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Provide support to students with social and emotional needs, including supervising students during time-outs and developing close relationships with students to provide a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in planning days with team teachers to discuss student needs and develop strategies to support student learning.
- Assist with in-class support programs, including literacy block time, and provide support to students with all concerns or problems referred to teaching staff for resolution.
- Report regularly to classroom teachers on student progress and maintain confidentiality regarding student information.
- Hold a Working with Children Blue Card
- Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
- 12.75% Employer Superannuation Contributions
