Lead Educator Role

As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our Early Childhood Education Centres. You will be responsible for guiding a team of Educators, shaping their teaching practice and ensuring that children receive a high-quality education.

You will work closely with Centre Leadership to craft and implement innovative early learning programs that cater to the unique needs of each child. This involves building meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams in developing and implementing innovative early learning programs reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
  • The ability to effectively document and share information about children's learning and development with families.
  • A deep understanding of the NQF and EYLF frameworks and the ability to apply them in practice.
