Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of patients in their homes.
- Provide evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve functional ability, mobility, and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in HITH care.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist.
