Senior Automation Testing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Automation Test Engineer to drive automation practices across multiple technology solutions.
This role will be responsible for establishing automation frameworks, uplifting legacy testing streams, and embedding best practices within an Agile environment.
Our ideal candidate will have expert technical proficiency in automation testing, frameworks, CI/CD, and a range of tools.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of automation frameworks for multiple technology solutions.
- Uplift legacy testing streams and integrate best practices within an Agile environment.
- Collaborate across teams to drive quality through testing and automation.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines related to automation tooling and tests.
- 2–5 years' experience in a senior automation testing role, with a proven ability to work autonomously.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another relevant field.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for driving quality through testing and automation.
- 12-month initial contract with potential extension.
- Hybrid work arrangements available (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Candidates must be Australian Citizens, current Baseline or NV1 is preferred.
