Automated Testing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Automated Testing Specialist to join our team in designing and implementing reliable automation suites for Salesforce Service Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have strong test automation skills with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on Salesforce (Service Cloud) and a solid understanding of API testing and CI/CD processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement UI automation for Salesforce Lightning using stable locators for LWC/shadow DOM.
  • Build API automation for Salesforce and integrated services using REST/SOAP and OAuth 2.0.
  • Create robust test data strategies using SOQL/SQL to ensure environment readiness.
  • Define regression packs and quality gates in CI/CD using GitLab/Jenkins/Azure DevOps.
  • Drive shift-left testing, defect triage and reporting using Jira/Xray/Zephyr.
Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in QE/QA with strong test automation and 2+ years on Salesforce (Service Cloud).
  • Solid API testing and framework experience.
  • CI/CD, Git and strong SOQL/SQL knowledge.
  • Clear communication, stakeholder management and Agile delivery skills.

Demonstrable Desirable Skills:

  • Salesforce-aware tools such as Provar, Tosca or Copado Robotic Testing.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Service Cloud Consultant or App Builder.
  • CTI/IVR integrations, MuleSoft or other middleware and basic perf testing knowledge.
