Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Part Time Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of high-volume payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Manage the fortnightly and weekly processing of high-volume payroll, including autopay and time & attendance payroll.
  • Payroll Software Maintenance: Maintain and improve payroll software rule sets to ensure seamless processing.
  • Payroll Tax and Compliance: Process payroll tax and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Support and Collaboration: Work closely with the team to provide support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in high-volume payroll environments, with a strong understanding of payroll software and regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Education: Relevant qualifications in payroll or a related field.
