Leadership Opportunity in Child Development Service

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to provide strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team in the Child Development Service. As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for building and maintaining an integrated team, managing a clinical load, and undertaking administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to build and maintain an integrated team that works collaboratively to deliver high-quality services.
  • Clinical Load Management: Maintain a clinical load that reflects the needs of the service and undertake administrative tasks as required.
  • Professional Practice Oversight: Oversee professional practice, supervision, and performance management to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
  • At least 5 years' experience in delivering Physiotherapy services.
  • Current Registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
