Job Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Sales Operations professional to join our team. As a key member, you'll drive sales efficiency and scalability through process design and optimization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and refine global sales processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics.
  • Oversee and optimize Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of our sales team.
  • Implement strategies to improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates.

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in sales operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment. Strong technical skills, including expertise in Salesforce CRM and prospecting tools, are also essential.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: 3+ years in Sales Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Tech-savvy: Expertise in Salesforce CRM, prospecting tools, automation platforms, and other SaaS sales technologies.
  • B2B/B2C expertise: Experience navigating complex B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments, focusing on direct sales and partnerships.
  • Creative problem solver: You see opportunities where others see obstacles and are always ready to rewrite the playbook.
  • Action-oriented: Agile, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
