**The Opportunity**

Due to consistent growth and success across our business, Hardchrome Sales is now seeking 2 x Cylindrical Grinding Operators to join our well-equipped workshop located at Welshpool WA 6106.

We are looking for both day shift and afternoon positions, 7.00am to 3.30pm or 3.30pm to 12 midnight. Overtime is available.

As a Grinding Operator with Hardchrome Sales, you will be responsible for grinding chrome off rods and polishing them prepared for chroming. Once the job is chromed, you will grind back any oversize from the finished chroming process then polish the rod and prepare it for the customer. You will be expected to work various sizes of cylindrical grinders ranging up to 6 meters long and training will be provide.

**About You**
- Proven experience as a grinding operator or similar
- Read drawings, interpret written and verbal work instructions
- Ability to read and measure with metric and imperial micrometers(desirable
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Able to work unsupervised
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve with a positive 'can do' attitude.
