We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Appraiser to join our team. As a Property Appraiser, you will be responsible for conducting property valuations and providing expert advice to clients.

The successful candidate will have a degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications and hold RPV and/or CPV status. You will also possess strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in a harmonious team environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting property valuations using Opteon's best in market proprietary property software and systems
  • Providing expert advice to clients on property values and trends
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives
