Product Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven retail professional to join our store team on a casual basis.

The Role:

As a key ambassador for our brand, you will link our products with customers. You will drive sales growth by influencing customer interactions, excelling in service delivery, and sharing your knowledge of our products and brand.

You'll interact with people every shift to create special memories through effective communication, daring ideas, caring attitudes, and delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
  • Build the bond between our brand and customers by answering queries, providing excellent service, and adapting your approach depending on individuals' personalities, loves, and needs.
  • Learn and confidently share product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing them in the correct spaces in the store.
  • Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment.
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges.
