Electrical Engineering Specialist">

The Electrical Engineering Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and constructing high-voltage substation projects. To excel in this position, the candidate should possess a solid background in electrical engineering and have experience with outdoor and indoor substations, preferably above 330kV.

  • Coordinate and oversee various engineering activities including technical inspection, scheduling, planning, procurement, and quality control to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Support the Project Manager in guaranteeing the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Prioritize project scope, schedule, and resource management to ensure efficient execution of high-voltage substation projects.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders at the site level to facilitate smooth project operations.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in outdoor and indoor substations. They should also be proficient across various aspects of substation projects including design, engineering, construction, and testing & commissioning.
