Cleaner Role

Seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our Cleaning team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services for residents within our residential aged care home, ensuring their rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in resident's rooms.
  • Maintain a cooperative team spirit by supporting your peers.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures while working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents.

To excel in this role you'll need:

  • A compassionate heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
  • A reliable and efficient team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
