Job Summary

At our organization, we're seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions. As a dedicated member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional support for our ICT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deploy secure, scalable cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure platforms.
  • Deliver top-notch 2nd and 3rd level support for diverse ICT systems and services.
  • Troubleshoot and manage Active Directory, Azure AD, AVD, M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange (online/hybrid), and core infrastructure.
  • Implement infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or Bicep, maintaining configuration control and repeatability.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cloud engineering and/or IT support, preferably with Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and hybrid workplace environments.
  • Solid background in Windows Server, virtualization, LAN/WAN networking, and enterprise security.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD practices.
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and structured incident management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and perform under pressure without losing focus.
