Senior Social Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced senior social worker to join our transitional care team. Our mental health service provides high-quality social work services to individuals experiencing mental health and homelessness related issues, their families/significant others from a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented perspective.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families. You will have the opportunity to be part of a team that helps individuals on their path to recovery, providing exceptional care and support.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three years post-qualifying experience as a senior social worker.
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for providing exceptional care to our clients and their families/significant others.
