Empowering Lives: Disability Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals living with a disability, helping them achieve their goals at home and in the community.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will assist with:
- Personal care and daily living tasks
- Community access and social engagement
- Emotional and wellbeing support
This is a casual position with varied hours available across Brisbane, Redland Bay, and Ipswich.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A caring and compassionate nature, with excellent communication skills
- A current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or experience in the Disability field
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) and Working With Children Check
- Current Police Check
