About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead our product initiatives from conception to delivery, driving innovation and excellence in our high-functioning product team.

This is a unique opportunity for a visionary leader to architect and manage an industry-changing platform that revolutionizes financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute large-scale product programs, collaborating with stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Business, Tech Teams) to drive the product development process from discovery to shipping and release.
  • Prioritize and launch products/features across our global footprint, leveraging market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver remarkable features and products.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
  • Define product requirements, write specifications, facilitate user studies, iterate on feedback, and manage the backlog to ensure timely product releases.
  • Interview and interact with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met.
  • Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively, weighing trade-offs and making informed decisions.
  • Manage and grow a team of product managers/project managers, leading the company's Custody Product domain.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Custody (Platform & Institutional) Product Management or equivalent experience in TradFi/Banking and Digital Assets/Cryptocurrency Custody.
  • Proven track record of shipping and iterating on successful Custodian Products at scale, from MVP to road mapping post-MVP and beyond.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and prioritization skills, with a pro-active, analytical, self-managing, and data-driven work style.
  • Strong ownership presence, with the ability to represent the team and Custody Product domain with cross-functional teams.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
