About Mental Health Care Coordination
The position of Non-Government Service Coordinator is available within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) Adult Community Mental Health. This role requires the coordination and evaluation of quality services for consumers of NALHN.
Key responsibilities include facilitating the identification and referral of consumers in acute/sub-acute settings into appropriate non-government psychosocial programs, as well as identifying and referring consumers to other relevant programs.
This opportunity allows you to work closely with staff to ensure consumers receive proper care coordination, referral to suitable non-government organizations, review, exit or transfer as necessary to longer-term support services.
In this role, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working to optimize patient functional and health outcomes. As a skilled clinician, you will deliver high-quality services and provide clinical leadership across Mental Health Services, offering support and supervision to less experienced staff.

To be eligible, applicants must hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification in one of the following Allied Health disciplines: Occupational Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work. Possession of registration with the respective professional bodies is also required.
