Job Title: Dairy and Beef Cattle Account ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Dairy and Beef Cattle Account Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Product Knowledge and Support: Offer in-depth knowledge of products tailored to the unique needs of dairy and beef cattle clients, both on-farm and in-store.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Foster strong relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • On-Farm Visits: Conduct regular on-farm visits to understand customers' specific requirements and provide solutions that enhance their success.
  • Sales Administration: Coordinate sales administration, inventory management, order delivery, and general merchandising activities.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for dairy and beef cattle clients on pricing, logistics, product availability, and problem resolution.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a genuine willingness to help customers succeed.
  • Sales Approach: Adopt a structured sales approach with satisfaction in converting prospects into new business opportunities.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility to work both in-store and on customer farms, including travel between locations.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Hold a clean and current driver's license, essential for meeting customer needs.
