As a Production Scientist at Fuse Recruitment, you will be responsible for manufacturing radiopharmaceutical products and their associated manufacturing devices. This is a dynamic role that will also provide opportunity to take on QA/QC tasks within a controlled laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the manufacture and analysis of radiopharmaceutical APIs and devices
- Conduct in-process and final product quality checks
- Support the transition and setup of equipment to the new facility (within Brisbane) including validation and verification activities
- Analyse results and deliver accurate reports on time
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceutical, synthetic chemistry, medicinal chemistry or nuclear/medical physics (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of what GMP means and why it is essential in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing
- A Queensland Radiation Use Licence would be highly desired
- A proactive approach to working in a small team where no task is too small or too big
